How to get rid of acne without medication?

I have acne all over my chest, back and face, acne and allergies to any medications? it is not very bad on my face, but I hate it on my chest and back, so I always where a high-neck T: (The only thing that seems to help when I swim every day in summer, because chlorine concentrations kill everything I can. ? swim I can not go a day all year! Of course, I wash every day and I eat, drink plenty of fruit and water, but does not help it? wash shower daily. rubbing chlorine tablets all types of skin rash get rid of acne. you swim out there? Sun dry your skin and acne as well.try tanning himself using hand cleaner. My skin is sensitive, I would try tho sun a bit to make sure you do not breakout in a rash or something like that. Everyone is different somethings work Fri certain people while others are not. I was from my uncle back in the day that the army was this guy they called Lava craterface soap.and told to leave. I idk if this works or not, but bar soap is very cheap as Walmart or dollar stores do not take it wherever I find that exposure to sun helps - not exactly on it, as too much sun can be harmful to skin. Definitely be sure to leave every day, but even for half an hour. When the weather is warm, has a top swimsuit and allowed to hit your skin. If it is winter, which is a bit difficult, but try to stay as the sun as possible. I will also try to use a bar of soap to help - brands such as Dove. It's good for sensitive skin, and not bother or anything like that. Moreover, as diet, drinking lots of water helps! It cleanses the body. I think it really helps to have drinks during the day. Try to eat a healthy diet with lots of fruits and tasty vegetables. Hope this helps! Good luck:) You may need a soap that dries the skin over its current production of soap. You can try the black soap. If you live in a city with a substantial African-American or African populations can probably find either an ethnic beauty supply store or local pharmacy ethnic beauty part, if it is not really an option for you, so you should be able Any available online. I have used and I use the Dudu Osun African Black Soap Madina. Nubian Heritage is also a black soap. You can do Google search for all three and get decent results. Amazon sells and Madina Dudu Osun, Nubian Heritage, but I would get from your own site. Word of warning! Black Soap gets its name from its color. It gets its color from Palm axis. And boy does that thing coming at all! All I'm saying. The dye your white flannels and bright when the soap directly on them. It will leave visible marks on one and all that crap. It is not the color of the majority, if you do not rub soap.
